Headshots for a whole team in one afternoon

Photographing an entire team in one afternoon is routine for us, and it goes smoothly when a few things are decided in advance.

Choose a quiet room. We need roughly three metres by four, a power outlet and a plain wall or space where we can set a backdrop. A meeting room or a quiet corner of the office is enough.

Share a schedule. We book each person into a ten to fifteen minute slot, with a few spare slots for people who are late or want a second look. Send the list to the team a few days ahead with the time and the room.

Give people simple guidance. Solid colours work best, patterns can distract, and most people photograph well in the clothes they wear to meet clients. Ask everyone to bring one spare layer.

Review on the spot. Each person sees a few frames on our screen at the end of their slot and can pick a favourite. That removes a round of back-and-forth by email afterwards.

Plan consistent results. We use one lighting setup and one background for the whole team so the headshots look like they belong together on your website.

Retouching is light by default: tidying stray hairs and distractions, and no reshaping. We deliver in a private gallery.
